Knowing what harm chemicals can do to your body urges me to take time to refocus, read labels, and look at the ingredients. This has helped me decrease sinus problems, by reducing fake fragrances in perfumes & air fresheners etc.

Laura has helped me understand the importance of gut health and nourishing my body with food. I love that the focus of holistic nutrition is on whole, real food, which works with vegan & flexitarian diets and can include meat & fish.
